- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had an appointment at 11 when they were to open. The employee was 15 minutes late to show up to open the doors. Once we got through the tax filing process the cost for their services were high. I asked multiple times if the gold package was extra and the employee said it was not extra. He told me it was high for the all the tax forms they had to process. When I got home and looked at the transaction breakdown. Sure enough I was charged $80 for the gold package I didn't ask for nor did I want. They will lie and word their phrasing so they can sneak this charge in. I never had an issue with JH in the past in SLC. I will not be coming back to them for my taxes.By Deric Munk, June 02, 2017
