- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was so scared because I was charged with a felony DUI because had some prior driving under the influence charges. I had never hired an attorney to help me, but I was worried because this last one was a felony. After my consultation with Mr. Nebeker I felt that he understood how afraid I was of being convicted of a felony, and doing jail time, so I hired him. He explained to me that one of the first things he would do is look at my prior convictions to make sure I was properly advised. He was not the cheapest attorney, but my felony was reduced down to a misdemeanor and I did not do any jail time. Well worth the money spent.By Eugene F., March 06, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I hired Mr. DUI because I had received a DUI and wanted to save my drivers license. My DUI was a first offense and so it was only a Class B Misdemeanor. I was also charged with Drug Possession and Drug Distribution because I had several pounds of spice in my vehicle, the distribution charge was a felony. Mr Nebeker said I had a lot more to worry about than my license with the felony charge. He explained that any drug conviction will cause me to lose my drivers license for up to six months, which was longer than they would take if for if I was convicted of the DUI. All of this was very complicated and confusing to me but Mr. Nebeker took the time to meet with me and was very nice and made it make sense for me. I originally hire him to save my license and he made that the focus of my case. Had I lost my license I would have lost my job, which would have caused me to loose everything. My case was more about drug charges than DUI, but that didn’t affect Mr. Nebeker and his representation. If you are in trouble do not hesitate to call Mr. DUI for any type of charge.By staci mccalmant, February 23, 2017
