  Worst service EVER. I have had them do my taxes for several years for both my personal and business taxes. The first year was not bad, the next year our taxes seemed to get passed around the office and when I would call with questions I could never get a straight answer and the receptions were rude and unprofessional ( in attitude and dress). I turn in my tax information the first or second week of January so as to get things done promptly and it took until well into February to get filed, our taxes are not that complicated. This year, which will be our final year with this company, I turned my paperwork in the second week of January 2017 and we didn't get filed until March 28! I was repeatedly told when I called for updates that an email had been sent requesting information (emails I only got one time), I requested phone calls instead, this never happened. This made our 1120s late, I received a notice from IRS stating we had been fined for late filing. I called West and West and they lied and said our return had been timely filed and the notice was incorrect and they would handle it. May 19 I received a notice of intent to lien from the IRS due to non-payment of my fine. This time I personally contacted the IRS and was told that my return was in fact filed late and the fine was valid, no extension had been filed or any contact by West ad West other than the efile on March 28. I contacted West and West and was this time given the story that they had filed and extension and contacted them regarding the fine, neither of which was supported by the IRS. I asked if a copy of the extension could be emailed to me so I could personally take care of this, because with all of the run around I have gotten I no longer have faith that they do what they say. The only thing I did like about them was that they didn't require the bill paid until I got my refund, so Reed informed my that I could get the extension only after my bill was paid. They have been paid for every service they have provided in the 4 years I used them, so to be told that they would do nothing until they had my money like I was a new customer was beyond rude and inconsiderate considering I was so upset because of their late filing. I ended the phone call because I had customers calling and was left a message by Reed threatening legal action if they didn't get their money, without mention to the fact that the IRS was trying to put a lien because of late filing that they lied to me about. Save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! They got one star because it won't let you leave a review without putting at least one.

  WARNING – Worst place if you actually want your taxes done. This place was recommended to me by a family member so naturally I figured it would be a safe bet to get my taxes done here. Over THREE months and SEVERAL phone calls later being told the EXACT same thing “She is just going through your files, it takes time to go through all the files” I got tired of being lied to and called for the last time. The woman on the phone of course told me the same thing and I mentioned that I find it hard to believe it could take anyone over three months to go through such a small stack of papers and that if I would have done them myself like I usually do, they would have been filed the same night! I gave them another week and of course did not hear a peep, so I had my husband pick up our personal info to get them done elsewhere. The woman who gave my husband our papers back didn't say anything no sorry, no explanation, nothing. I wouldn't trust these people with something as important as my taxes. I can only hope they actually filed the extensions they said had because we got charged for the business extension and I don't take being lied to or stolen from lightly. I find it funny that someone tends to reply to the bad reviews received with some kind of rebuttal (which also sounds an awful lot like even more lying on their part given what I’ve experienced) instead of just talking responsibility of their business practices or providing any customer service.
